The machining of the steel from which injection molds are usually made must be accurate to ensure proper material flow and the production of parts that conform with customer specifications, from size to surface roughness.

Mold making is a key activity for us, which we carry out in our dedicated workshop equipped with 3 high-speed CNC milling machines, 3 plunge EDMs, 2 wire EDMs, multiple grinding machines, CNC lathes and a tangential grinding machine.
All machines are integrated into a centralized management system and work by receiving data directly from the CAD-CAM software of the design department.
