Management of the existing customer portfolio: customer care activities, loyalty building, and business development with active clients.
Coordination of internal sales activities:
Preparation and submission of commercial offers, including technical and economic analysis (cost breakdown, feasibility, packaging proposal).
Analysis of request for quotation (RFQ), feasibility assessment, R&D activities, and cost estimation for molds and production.
Order management and pre/post-sales activities: interfacing with clients for technical and commercial clarifications, managing documentation, and monitoring order progress.
Marketing and commercial communication: website updates, newsletter distribution, and promotion of the company’s image (branding).
Commercial operational organization:
Planning and preparation of meetings, business trips, events, and industry trade fairs.
Updating and maintaining the company CRM with all activities and contacts.
Technical-commercial support for product development: participation in co-design, technical reviews, industrialization, and validation of proposed solutions.
Expansion of the customer portfolio: identification and selection of new potential clients aligned with the target profile (by geographic area, company size, sector, and products), initial contact (phone/email/visits/trade fairs), and generation and management of new business opportunities.
Various and miscellaneous activities supporting commercial efficiency and coordination.
